Demand shrinks for private jets

"Makers of business jets and smaller private aircraft warned on Tuesday that orders were shrinking rapidly around the world and markets outside the US were no longer able to make up for the steep fall in North American demand. Mark Van Tine, chairman of Gama, the US general aviation manufacturers association, said the industry was “facing some of the most severe turbulence that we have seen in decades".
